Stopped in today for an oil change and tire rotation. I didn't know but they now recommend making a reservation for this service. They did take care of us while we were there and we were back on the road in an hour or so. The service advisor was knowledgeable and courteous.

I was able to get in right away and done with in 30 minutes but they should not leave there fingers prints on my car , they should clean there hands before they are done to bring it out to the customer .

Every one was very helpful and friendly service was great but as with any Dealer the cost for servicing a vehicle is very expensive, that is the only reason for 4 stars otherwise I was impressed.

McKays dodge has a top notch service department; the front desk staff to the mechanics all treat their customers like family. They try their best to get me in as quick as possible. I have been there twice and both time were “urgent” and my appointment was within a day or two. They have always had a rental vehicle for me; which is important because I work Mon-Friday and am 1.5 hours away. They got me right in for an oil change and we're able to do a couple recalls as well without an appointment. Grace was very nice and kept me informed while they worked on my truck. She was very nice and professional. Waiting area was clean with comfortable chairs and wifi.

The service staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to show flexibility when I needed a loaner car with a hitch receiver and were able to get all of my repairs done that I needed. The service advisor was great and she really took the time to make sure I was taken care of.
